Candidate should have at least 1 year experience as an Asst. Manager, Team Lead, Or supervisor in an international BPO with outbound Voice process

Job Summary:

Experience into International BPO: Outbound Sales
Tech Sales experience is mandatory
Responsible For Voice Support & Sales. (USA)

??? Managing day to day operations for the team
??? Should give process training
??? Monitors workflows and meet the target as on need.
??? Keeping a track of individual performance, absenteeism and attrition of team
??? Provides guidance and training based on knowledge of workflows and processes
??? Creates and updates SOP and other training documentation as needed
??? Participate in conference calls with onshore operations managers as required
??? Designs and creates quality, volume, and productivity reports for Management
??? Must be willing to work in US shifts as per working hours
??? Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
??? Motivate and inspire team members
??? Lead by setting a good example (role model) – behavior consistent with words
??? Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior
??? Facilitate problem solving and collaboration

Experience Level
– Experience in International BPO (Tech Sales/Outbound Sales).

Desired Candidate Profile
– Education: School & Graduation – Any Graduate.

Verbal and Written Skills:
– Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation
– Good spoken as well as written Grammar.

Behavioral Skills:
– Strong customer service skills: empathy, listening, enthusiastic, patience, reasoning and problem

Solving skills
– Willing to learn and flexible to changes
– Aptitude and ability to grasp
– Team player.
